If you're not completely happy with any of our products, you can return them within 101 days for a full refund. Ensure the products are returned in a donatable condition without damage, soiling, tears, or stains, and with all original components included.

Terms & Conditions
- Trial Limit: The 101 Days Trial is limited to 10 products per household per year and must be initiated within 101 days of delivery.
- Original Purchaser: The trial is available only to the original purchaser who bought the products directly from our website.
- Other Channels: The trial policy may vary for purchases made through other distribution channels like Amazon, or any other channel apart from the direct brand website.
- Refund Decision: The White Willow Management reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds under the 101 Days Trial offer.
- Subsequent Orders: If at least one product of a particular type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders of that particular product.
- Policy Applicability: The 101 Days Trial policy is only applicable for orders placed after 1st March 2025.
